Frequently asked questions

The Ins and Outs of Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning

We aim to be very flexible therefore we don’t enforce a specific time frame however we would prefer to be notified no later than the day before the actual work is scheduled if possible.

Not at all. We bring our own carpet cleaning products and equipment.

We only use UK made products, namely Prochem and Clean Smart.

We are happy to move furniture if physically possible for one person. There is no extra cost for this.

No, although we would appreciate if the carpets were hoovered before our visit.

We use the latest carpet cleaning equipment therefore the carpets will only be slightly damp after the cleaning process so it is recommended to open the windows for faster drying whilst keeping away from the carpets if possible.

Unfortunately we do not. We specialise in carpet and upholstery cleaning only.
